ji8888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji8888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The ji8888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
ji8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ji8888 determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, ji8888 will process a withdrawal of your remaining balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your ji8888 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds.
